Damping time

Damping time：1.5±1 seconds.

1. Test machine：test special tools (door lock)

2). method：T=1.5N･m(15kgf･cm),turn the door lock, when the rotation angle is 40 degree, test the time from 35-0degree.
       3).test angle：70ﾟ→ 0ﾟ
       4).test temperarure：23℃±2℃

1）working angle more than 0.5 seconds

2）no oil leakage, no broken

1） durability test condition:

1. Test machine： test special machine（door lock, the handle one turn）

2. Test method: the door lock handle from close position to open position. Angle is 30ﾟ±10ﾟit can back to close position。

3. torque：1.5N･m(15kgf･cm)

4. working angle：0ﾟ←→40ﾟ

5. test frequency  10times/min.

6. test temperature：23℃±2℃

7. durability：50，000 cycles

1. judging criteria after test

a)working angle：after test, put damper at room temperature 23℃±2℃ more than 24 hours，test it according to item 2.2 and get the damping time
       b)appearance：judge the appearance

Working temperature range

1）-5℃：3.0 ±1.5  秒

2）50℃： 1.5 ± 1.0 秒

1. working temperature test condition

1. damper place temperature：－5℃，50℃

2. damper place time:>3 hours

2. judging criteria after test

place the damper in each temperature, and then put in room temperature, test it according to item 2.1

Storage temperature

1）damping time change rate in preliminary stage within±30％

2）no oil leakage, no broken

1. storage temperature test condition

1. damper storage temperature：－20℃，60℃

2. damper storage time：72hours

2. judging criteria after test

1. damping time, place the damper in each temperature and then put in room temperature, test the damping time according to item 2.1
